Mustard Greens & Pork Noodle Soup

Ingredients
Stir-fired Mustard Greens & Pork as desired
Dried noodle for 1 person
Taiwanese cabbage (cut 5cm/2" segments) as desired
Soup base for noodles1 portion

Note: The above ingredients are for one person. The photos below are for 4 people.

Instructions
1.Prepare the Stir-fried mustard greens & pork.
2.Bring a 2/3-full pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles by following the package instructions.
3.Transfer the noodles to a big bowl. Blanched the Taiwanese cabbage in the boiling water for 30 seconds than transfer it to the bowl.
4.Use the remaining water in the pot to prepare the Soup Base for Noodles - use method 2.
5.Ladle soup into the bowl and top with the Stir-fried mustard greens and pork.

雪菜炒肉絲 隨意
乾麵 1人份
小白菜 (切5cm/2"小段) 隨意
麵湯頭1
雪菜肉絲麵圖片

註: 以上材料是1人份,以下照片是4人份。

做法
1.準備雪菜炒肉絲
2.燒開2/3鍋水,依照麵條包裝指示將麵煮熟。
3.麵煮熟後撈出放進碗裡。將小白菜放進鍋裡燙30秒後放到麵上。
4.利用煮麵剩餘的熱水準備麵湯頭,使用方法2。
5.將麵湯頭倒入碗裡再加入炒好的雪菜肉絲。
