Note: The above ingredients are for one person. The photos below are for 4 people.
Instructions
1. | Prepare the Stir-fried mustard greens & pork. |
2. | Bring a 2/3-full pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles by following the package instructions. |
3. | Transfer the noodles to a big bowl. Blanched the Taiwanese cabbage in the boiling water for 30 seconds than transfer it to the bowl. |
4. | Use the remaining water in the pot to prepare the Soup Base for Noodles - use method 2. |
5. | Ladle soup into the bowl and top with the Stir-fried mustard greens and pork. |

做法
1. | 準備雪菜炒肉絲。 |
2. | 燒開2/3鍋水,依照麵條包裝指示將麵煮熟。 |
3. | 麵煮熟後撈出放進碗裡。將小白菜放進鍋裡燙30秒後放到麵上。 |
4. | 利用煮麵剩餘的熱水準備麵湯頭,使用方法2。 |
5. | 將麵湯頭倒入碗裡再加入炒好的雪菜肉絲。 |
