Instructions
1. | Marinate the pork with the Basic Marinade (Dark) for 15 minutes. Mix the pork with 2 tbs. of oil right before cooking. |
2. | Place the pork in a heated non-stick pan. Sauté over medium high heat until the strips are loosen and the meat turns white - approx. 80% done. |
3. | Add 1 tbs. of oil, garlic and red chili pepper to the same pan; sauté until aromatic. Put in the pickled mustard greens and sauté until the vegetable is heated through. At the last add the pork and mix for 30 seconds. Serve hot. |

1. | 肉絲用基本醃料醃 15 分鐘,要炒前拌入2大匙油。 |
2. | 不沾鍋燒熱後加入肉絲用中大火炒散肉變白後馬上盛出,大約8分熟。 |
3. | 原鍋加入1大匙油,大蒜和紅辣椒爆香。倒入雪裡紅拌炒到雪裡紅熱透。最後加入肉絲拌炒30秒即可起鍋。 |
