Stir-fried Mustard Greens & Pork

Ingredients
Pork loin (cut 5cm/2" strips) 1/2 lb (225g)
Basic marinade (dark) 1 portion
Pickled mustard greens 2 cup
Garlic (minced) 2 clove
Red chili pepper1 each
Cooking oil2+1 Tbs

Instructions
1.Marinate the pork with the Basic Marinade (Dark) for 15 minutes. Mix the pork with 2 tbs. of oil right before cooking.
2.Place the pork in a heated non-stick pan. Sauté over medium high heat until the strips are loosen and the meat turns white - approx. 80% done.
3.Add 1 tbs. of oil, garlic and red chili pepper to the same pan; sauté until aromatic. Put in the pickled mustard greens and sauté until the vegetable is heated through. At the last add the pork and mix for 30 seconds. Serve hot.



雪裡紅炒肉絲

材料
里肌肉 (切 5cm/2" 長絲) 1/2 磅 (225克)
基本醃料(濃) 1
雪裡紅 2
大蒜 (切碎) 2
紅辣椒 (切片) Chili pepper1
食用油2+1 大匙
雪裡紅炒肉絲圖片

做法
1.肉絲用基本醃料醃 15 分鐘,要炒前拌入2大匙油。
2.不沾鍋燒熱後加入肉絲用中大火炒散肉變白後馬上盛出,大約8分熟。
3.原鍋加入1大匙油,大蒜和紅辣椒爆香。倒入雪裡紅拌炒到雪裡紅熱透。最後加入肉絲拌炒30秒即可起鍋。
