做法
1. | 將粉絲先用冷水泡軟﹐不要泡太久以免過軟。泡軟後剪成10cm小段。芹菜洗乾淨後切成小粒。福州魚丸每顆切成四等份。 |
2. | 沙茶醬汁準備好。 |
3. | 炒鍋內加入2杯水燒滾後加入沙茶醬汁和粉絲拌勻。繼續用中火燒2分鐘。 |
4. | 加入福州魚丸繼續煮2分鐘。 |
5. | 等湯汁收到剩一半時加入芹菜粒,稍微拌炒一下即可起鍋。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Soak the vermicelli in cold water until it is all soft. Do not soak too long to avoid becoming soggy. Cut the vermicelli into 4 inch segments. Wash and dice the celery. Cut each fish ball into 4 equal pieces. |
2. | Prepare the Chinese Satay Sauce |
3. | Boil 2 cups of water in a wok. Add the Chinese Satay Sauce and vermicelli and mix well. Continue cooking at medium heat for 2 minutes. |
4. | Add the fish balls and continue cooking for another 2 mintues. |
5. | When the sauce has reduced by about half, add the diced celery. Stir several time and serve hot. |
