| 1. | 芹菜洗乾淨後切成2cmx5cm粗條。 |
| 2. | 將芥末芹菜 準備好。 |
| 3. | 燒開半鍋水後放進芹菜川燙30秒。 |
| 4. | 撈出芹菜裝盤後淋上芥末芹菜 拌勻即可。此菜可冷食或熱食。 |

| 1. | Wash the celeries and cut them into 1"x2" thick strips. |
| 2. | Prepare the Hot Mustard Sauce. |
| 3. | Boil half pot of water. Blanch the celeries in the hot water for 30 seconds. |
| 4. | Transfer the celeries to a plate and mix them with the Hot Mustard Sauce. Sever this dish hot or cold. |
