鮭魚芝麻炒飯 Salmon Fried Rice with Sesame Seeds

材料 Ingredients
鹽燒鮭魚 Shiojake (Japanese Salted Salmon) 1/4 磅 lb (225g)
熟白芝麻 Roosted white sesame seed2 大匙 Tbs
炒飯基本 Fried rice basics1 份 portion

做法
1.用叉子將鹽燒鮭魚弄碎。
2.依照炒飯基本準備好材料。
3.3大匙油在炒鍋裡燒熱後加入蛋炒碎。倒入米飯繼續炒到蛋呈金黃色而飯米粒都鬆散開來,然後加入鹽和胡椒調味。
4.最後再拌入蔥花,鮭魚碎和白芝麻拌炒1分鐘即可。

PROCEDURE
1.Use a fork to break the salmon into small pieces.
2.Follow the instruction of "Fried Rice Basics" to prepare the ingredients.
3.Heat 3 tbs. of oil in a wok until very hot then add the beaten egg and scramble. Place in the rice and stir until the egg is golden brown and the rice is loose without any clumps. Mix in the salt and pepper for seasoning.
4.At last add the salmon, sesame seeds and scallion. Stir for 1 minute.
