做法
1. | 冬瓜洗乾淨後削皮去籽。將冬瓜短向切成0.5cm薄片,第一刀切到皮但不切斷,第二刀則切斷成一個冬瓜夾。 重複此做10個冬瓜夾。 |
2. | 火腿切成10片0.3cm厚薄片後鑲在冬瓜夾內。 |
3. | 把清炒醬汁準備好。 |
4. | 將火腿冬瓜夾裝盤放進蒸籠用大火蒸20分鐘。 |
5. | 把蒸好冬瓜盤裡的湯汁倒進鍋裡,加入清炒醬汁用中火煮到醬汁變稠。將醬汁淋回到冬瓜上。 |
PORCEDURE
1. | Wash and peel the winter melon. Remove its seeds. To make a winter melon folder, slice the winter melon 0.3 cm from the edge until the slice is near the bottom but does not cut all the way through. Then move over another 0.3 cm and this time, cut all the way through the winter melon. Repeat this step to make 9 more winter melon folders. |
2. | Prepare 10 slices of 0.3cm thick of ham. Stuff each winter melon folder with one piece of ham. |
3. | Prepare the Light Sauté Sauce. |
4. | Steam the winter melon folders on a deep plate in high heat for 20 minutes. |
5. | Pour the liquid from the steamed winter melon to a wok. Cook the liquid with the Light Sauté Sauce in medium-low heat until the sauce is thick. Pour the sauce back over the winter melon. |
