做法:
1. | 取一片油酥皮放在工作台,平鋪3大匙叉燒餡在酥皮上,周邊留0.5"(1.25cm)空白。 |
2. | 在酥皮空白出抹上些水後對折。用筷子在有餡料和沒餡料的界線處輕壓。 |
3. | 用叉子在酥皮表面插數下。 將叉燒酥放進烤盤,表面刷上蛋黃液後再撒上些許芝麻。 |
4. | 氣炸鍋設定在175˚C(350˚F),先預熱5分鐘。然後放進烤10分鐘即可。如果使用烤箱,先預熱到190˚C(375˚F),將烤盤放進烤箱中層烤至表面呈金黃色,大約20分鐘。 |
Procedure :
1. | Place one sheet of puff pastry on the counter. Lay 3 tbs. of the char-siu filling evenly on the pastry sheet, leave 0.5"(1.25cm) blank on the edges. |
2. | Brush little water on the blank edges. Fold the sheet in half then use a chopstick to gently press the lines between the areas with filling and without filling. Use a fork to poke the surface of each puff several times. |
3. | Place the puffs in a baking pan and brush the surface of each puff with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. |
4. | Set the air fryer to 175˚C(350˚F) and preheat for 5 minutes. Bake in the air fryer for 10 minutes. If using an oven, preheat to 190˚C(375˚F). Place the baking pan on the middle rack of the oven and bake until the puffs are golden brown, approx. 20 minutes. |
