做法:
1. | 準備 香醋涼拌醬 。 |
2. | 茄子洗乾淨後切掉頭部,直切兩刀成4條,在切成8cm小段。 |
3. | 燒滾半鍋水。 |
4. | 把茄子放進滾水裡。蓋上一個盤子將茄子壓在水裡後蓋上鍋蓋。用大火煮2分鐘後撈出濾乾水份。 |
5. | 茄子裝盤後淋上香醋涼拌醬即可。此菜可熱食或冷食。 |
Procedure:
1. | Prepare Dark vinegar dressing . |
2. | Wash the eggplants and remove the tip. Quarter the eggplants lengthwise then them cut into 3" segments. |
3. | Boil a half full pot of water. |
4. | Add the eggplants in the boiling water and top with a small plate so the eggplants are under water. Cover the pot and cook over high heat for 2 minutes. Remove the eggplants from the pot and drain the water. |
5. | Plate the eggplants and top with the Dark Vinegar sauce. Serve the dish hot or cold |
