做法﹕
1. | 用濕紙巾覆蓋住捲餅後放進微波爐微20秒。 |
2. | 依序將飯,黑豆,鐵板雞,莎莎醬和酪梨放在餅靠身體處。 |
3. | 提起餅覆蓋過餡料,將兩側折進來再捲成一個捲。 |
4. | 用同樣方式將一張錫箔包住捲餅,這樣可以保溫而且捲餅不會鬆掉。吃時將錫箔紙逐步撕去。 |
5. | 可隨個人喜好加入酪梨醬,酸奶油,生菜絲,玉米粒,起司或其它烤肉…等。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Cover the tortilla with a piece of damp paper towel. Warm the tortilla in a microwave for 20 seconds. |
2. | Sequentially place the rice, black beans, chicken fajita, Pico de Gallo and avocado onto the bottom of the tortilla. |
3. | Lift the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, fold the right and left side in then continue to fold into a roll. |
4. | Use the same way to wrap the burrito with a piece of foil. By doing so the burrito will keep warm and intact. Gradually tear off the foil while eating. |
5. | You can add guacamole, sour cream, shredded lettuce, corn, cheese or other grilled meat...etc as desired. |
