Instructions
| 1. | Rinse the fish and pat dry with paper towels. Diagonally cut each fish in half. | 
| 2. | Marinate the fish with the Salt Flavor Marinade for 10 minutes. | 
| 3. | Spray some oil on a heated grill. | 
| 4. | Place the fish in the pan and grill over medium-low heat for 3 minutes. Turn the fish over and grill for another 3 minutes or until the fish cooks through. Serve the fish with lemon juice,soy sauce and grated daikon/ginger. |

| 1. | 把魚沖洗乾淨後用紙巾擦乾。每條魚斜切成兩半。 | 
| 2. | 將魚用日式鹽味醃料醃10分鐘。 | 
| 3. | 烤盤燒到非常熱後噴上些許油。 | 
| 4. | 將魚放進烤盤用中小烤3分鐘,翻面再烤3分鐘,或烤到熟透。食用時佐以檸檬汁,醬油和蘿蔔泥。 |
