日式鹽味醃料 Japanese Salt Flavor Marinade

材料 Ingredients
清酒 Sake (Rice wine)1/4 杯 cup
鹽 Salt1 小匙 tsp

做法:將材料先用清酒醃過後擦乾再用鹽醃。
Method: Marinate the material with sake first. Wipe off the sake then marinate with salt.
