花生粉 Peanut Powder

無鹽乾烤花生 Unsalted dry roasted peanut

做法﹕

檢查花生將品質不好的丟棄。若有未去皮的則把皮去掉。將花生放進咖啡磨豆機打成粉狀即可。若要甜味則混合些白棉糖。

Method:

Inspect the peanuts and discard any bad ones. Rub off any skin found on the peanuts. Use a coffee grinder to grind the peanuts into powders. To sweeten the peanut powder, mix it with some Powdered Sugar.
