做法:
1. | 將花生粉和白棉糖在小碗裡攪拌均勻。 |
2. | 燒滾2/3鍋的水。將芝麻湯圓放進水裡用中火煮到湯圓浮在水上3分鐘即可。剛煮時要攪動一下以免湯圓黏鍋底。 |
3. | 用濾網撈出湯圓,放進花生糖粉裡裹滿花生粉即可, |
PROCEDURE
1. | Mix the peanut powder with the powdered sugar in a small bowl. |
2. | Boil 2/3 pot of water. Place the sesame filled rice balls into the water and cook in medium heat until the rice balls are floating for 3 minutes. Gently stir the water in the beginning to prevent the rice balls from sticking to the bottom of the pot. |
3. | Use a strainer to transfer the rice balls onto the sweeten peanut powder. Make sure that each ball is coated with the peanut powder. |
