擂沙芝麻湯圓 Black Sesame Rice Balls with Peanut Powder

材料 Ingredients
花生粉 Peanut Powder 1/2杯 cup
白棉糖 Powdered Sugar (without Corn Starch) 2大匙 Tbs
芝麻湯圓 Sesame Filled Rice Balls 6個 ea

做法:
1.將花生粉和白棉糖在小碗裡攪拌均勻。
2.燒滾2/3鍋的水。將芝麻湯圓放進水裡用中火煮到湯圓浮在水上3分鐘即可。剛煮時要攪動一下以免湯圓黏鍋底。
3.用濾網撈出湯圓,放進花生糖粉裡裹滿花生粉即可,

PROCEDURE
1.Mix the peanut powder with the powdered sugar in a small bowl.
2.Boil 2/3 pot of water. Place the sesame filled rice balls into the water and cook in medium heat until the rice balls are floating for 3 minutes. Gently stir the water in the beginning to prevent the rice balls from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
3.Use a strainer to transfer the rice balls onto the sweeten peanut powder. Make sure that each ball is coated with the peanut powder.
