做法: 米用小火在小鍋裡乾炒到成金黃色,約15分鐘。等涼了以後用磨咖啡豆機或食物處理機打碎。也可以放在石臼裡搗碎。
Method: Toss the rice over low heat in a pan until golden brown, shake the pan consistently. Remove the pan from the heat and let the rice cools down. Grind the rice in a grinder or food processor. You can also ground the rice with a stone mortar and pestle.
