起司醃肉拼盤 Cheese & Cold Cut Platter

硬起司(陳年切達起司) Firm cheese (Aged Cheddar)
半硬起司(豪達起司) Semi-firm cheese (Gouda)
軟起司(布里起司) Soft cheese (Brie)
醃肉(香腸/帕馬火腿) Cold cut (Sausage/Prosciutto)
鮮果(西洋梨) Fresh fruit (Pear)
乾果(杏脯/洋李脯) Dried fruit (Apricot/Prune)
堅果(綜合堅果) Nuts (Assorted nuts)
鹹餅乾(黑芝麻餅乾) Cracker (Black sesame crackers)
麵包(棍子麵包) Bread (Baguette)
裝飾(迷迭香) Garnish (Rosemary)

做法﹕將切達,豪達和布里起司呈三角型擺在木板或盤子上。再將醃肉,鮮果和乾果擺在起司之間。堅果,鹹餅乾和麵包則擺在木板或盤子邊緣。最後加入些迷迭香小枝作為裝飾。

Method: Place the Brie, Cheddar and Gouda cheese on a cheese board or plate to create a triangle. Arrange the cold cut, fresh fruit and dried fruit among the cheeses. Place the nuts, crackers and bread along the edge of the board or plate. Finally insert some rosemary sprigs for garnish.
