酪梨蛋吐司 Guacamole Egg Toast

材料 Ingredients
吐司 Loaf Bread 1 片 slice
蛋 Egg1 大個 large
特級初炸橄欖油 Extra virgin olive oil 1/2 大匙 Tbs
酪梨醬 Guacamole 適量 proper amount
酪梨蛋吐司圖片

做法﹕吐司烤呈金黃色後抹上厚厚一層酪梨醬。將蛋煎到你歡的熟度後轉移到酪梨醬上即可。可以用新鮮酪梨取代酪梨醬,水波蛋取代煎蛋。



Method: Toast the sliced bread to golden brown then spread with a thick layer of guacamole. Fry the egg to desired style. Transfer the egg on top of the guacamole. You can replace the guacamole with fresh avocado and replace fried egg with boiled egg.
