做法
1. | 準備 麻辣涼拌醬汁,將大蒜加入麻辣醬汁中。 |
2. | 燒開2/3鍋的水。先放進木耳燙2分鐘﹐再加入腐竹和西芹繼續燙1分鐘。 |
3. | 撈出木耳,腐竹和西芹用冷水沖涼。如果你的自來水不能生飲,請用煮過的開水。 |
4. | 將水濾乾後放進保鮮盒,加入麻辣醬汁蓋上蓋子,搖動保鮮盒讓醬汁混合均勻。放進冰箱冷藏至少1個小時。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Prepare the Hot Spicy Dressing. Add the garlic to the sauce. |
2. | Bring a 2/3-full pot of water to a boil. Place in the wood-ear fungus and blanch for 2 minutes. Add the bean curd and celery and cook for 1 more minutes. |
3. | Drain the water and rinse the wood-ear fungus, bean curd and celery under cold running water. If your tap water is not safe to drink, use boiled water instead. |
4. | Drain the water and place the wood-ear fungus, bean curd and celery in a container. Add the Hot Spicy Dressing and cover with a lid. Shake the container to make all the ingredients mix well. |
