Pan-baked Eggs with Thai Basil

Ingredients
Egg4 large
Thai basil leaf (chopped)20 gram
Salt1/2 tsp
Cooking oil3 Tbs

Instructions
1.Beat the eggs with salt until frothy. Mix in the chopped Thai basil.
2.Heat 3 tbs. of oil in a 8" non-stick pan. Add the eggs and cook until the bottom is harden. Turn the heat to low; cover and cook for 3 minutes.
3.Turn the eggs over. Continue to cook over low heat until the eggs are done.
4.Cut the eggs into small pieces to serve.

做法
1.蛋加鹽打發泡後加入九層塔葉拌勻。
2.8吋不沾平底鍋加入3大匙油燒熱,將蛋液倒進鍋煎到底部凝固。轉小火,加蓋烘3分鐘。
3.將蛋翻面,繼續用小火烘到蛋熟。
4.將蛋切小塊食用。
