Pan-baked Eggs with Thai Basil

Instructions
1. | Beat the eggs with salt until frothy. Mix in the chopped Thai basil. |
2. | Heat 3 tbs. of oil in a 8" non-stick pan. Add the eggs and cook until the bottom is harden. Turn the heat to low; cover and cook for 3 minutes. |
3. | Turn the eggs over. Continue to cook over low heat until the eggs are done. |
4. | Cut the eggs into small pieces to serve. |

1. | 蛋加鹽打發泡後加入九層塔葉拌勻。 |
2. | 8吋不沾平底鍋加入3大匙油燒熱,將蛋液倒進鍋煎到底部凝固。轉小火,加蓋烘3分鐘。 |
3. | 將蛋翻面,繼續用小火烘到蛋熟。 |
4. | 將蛋切小塊食用。 |
