做法
1. | 將所有材料放進鍋內用小火乾炒﹐直到米的顏色變為淡黃。挑出八角不要。 |
2. | 將所有材料放進食物處理機打碎﹐不要打得太細。 |
3. | 將打好的碎米用濾網過濾掉太細的粉末。 |
Procedure
1. | Put all the ingredients in a small pan and pan-fry them in low heat until the rice is slightly brown. Discard the star anises. |
2. | Grind the rice mix in a food processor or a grinder. Do not grind them too fine. |
3. | Put the grinded rice in a strainer to filter out the fine powders. |
