Stir-Fried Beef with Sha-Cha Sauce

PROCEDURE
1. | Prepare the Sha-Cha Sauce. |
2. | Marinate the beef with the Basic Marinade (Dark) for 10 minutes. Mix the beef with 2 tbs. of oil right before cooking. |
3. | Place 2 tbs. of oil and beef in a non-stick pan. Quickly stir-frying the beef slices until they are half done. Transfer the beef onto a strainer to drain out the blood water and excessive oil. |
4. | Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel. Add 1 tbs. of oil and onion; sauté until the onion starts turning soft. |
5. | Add the Sha-Cha sauce and beef. Vigorously stir the beef and onion until they are 90% cooked. |

1. | 準備沙茶醬汁。 |
2. | 牛肉用基本醃料(濃)醃10分鐘。要入鍋前加入2大匙油和大蒜拌勻。 |
3. | 平底不沾鍋燒熱后加入2大匙油和牛肉,用大火快炒到半熟。鏟出放在濾網上過濾掉血水和多餘的油。 |
4. | 原鍋擦乾淨,加入1大匙油和洋蔥用中火炒至洋蔥微軟。 |
5. | 倒入沙茶醬汁後再加入牛肉,快速用大火翻炒到肉9分熟即可離鍋。由於菜的熱度會繼續加熱牛肉﹐等吃的時候牛肉已是全熟。 |
