| 1. | 將牛肉切成 3cm x 6cm 薄片。 | 
| 2. | 將鹽酥拌汁準備好﹐拌汁配方中A部份的油不要。 | 
| 3. | 將牛肉加蛋﹐芝麻和基本醃料醃 15分 鐘。 | 
| 4. | 將牛肉加地瓜粉仔細拌勻。 | 
| 5. | 將牛肉用大火 375F (190C) 炸酥後撈出。 | 
| 6. | 將鹽酥拌汁加入炸好的牛肉拌勻即可。 | 

PROCEDURE
| 1. | Cut the beef into 1.5"x2.5" thin slices. | 
| 2. | Prepare the Salt and Pepper Sauce, omit the oil from the Part A of the recipe. | 
| 3. | Mix the beef with the egg, sesame seeds & Dark Basic Marinade and marinate for 15 minutes. | 
| 4. | Mix the beef with the yam starch. Make sure that every slice is coated. | 
| 5. | Deep-fry the beef slices in 375F (190C) heat they are crispy on the outside. | 
| 6. | Mix the fried beef with Salt & Pepper sauce. Serve hot. |
