柴魚菠菜 Spinach Ohitashi (Spinach Salad in Bonito Dressing)

材料 Ingredients
菠菜葉 Spinach leaf1 磅 lb (450g)
白芝麻 White sesame seed2 大匙 Tbs
柴魚屑 Dried bonito flakes2 大匙 Tbs
柴魚燒煮汁 Bonito Sauce 1/3 杯 cup

做法
1.準備柴魚燒煮汁
2.燒滾2/3鍋水。將洗好的菠菜進滾水內燙30秒﹐馬上撈出到一盆冷水裡泡涼。如果你們的自來水不能生飲,請用煮過的冷開水。
3.將菠菜擠乾後裝盤。拌入白芝麻後再撒上些柴魚屑即可。

PROCEDURE
1.Prepare the Bonito Sauce.
2.Boil a 2/3 full pot of water. Place the spinach into the boiling water and blanch for 30 seconds. Shot the spinach in a bowl of cold water. If your tap water is not safe to drink, please use boiled cold water to shot the spinach.
3.Squeeze the spinach dry then put it in a bowl. Mix the spinach with the sesame seeds and top with dried bonito flakes.
