做法
1. | 準備柴魚燒煮汁。 |
2. | 燒滾2/3鍋水。將洗好的菠菜進滾水內燙30秒﹐馬上撈出到一盆冷水裡泡涼。如果你們的自來水不能生飲,請用煮過的冷開水。 |
3. | 將菠菜擠乾後裝盤。拌入白芝麻後再撒上些柴魚屑即可。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Prepare the Bonito Sauce. |
2. | Boil a 2/3 full pot of water. Place the spinach into the boiling water and blanch for 30 seconds. Shot the spinach in a bowl of cold water. If your tap water is not safe to drink, please use boiled cold water to shot the spinach. |
3. | Squeeze the spinach dry then put it in a bowl. Mix the spinach with the sesame seeds and top with dried bonito flakes. |
