紅糟醃料 Red Fermented Rice Marinade

材料 Ingredients

紅糟醬 Anka Paste	4	大匙 tsp
醬油 Soy Sauce	1	小匙 tsp
鹽 Salt	1/2	小匙 tsp
糖 Sugar	1	小匙 tsp
蒜末 Minced garlic	1	大匙 Tbs
五香粉 Five spice powder	1/4	小匙 tsp

註﹕將所有材料混合備用。每家出廠的紅糟醬鹹度和甜度不同，請自行調整。
Note: Mix all the ingredients. Adjust the amount of salt and sugar since the saltiness and sweetness of the anka paste will vary depending on the brand.
