做法
1. | 小黃瓜洗乾淨後切成2.5cm小塊。雞肉也成2.5cm x 2.5cm 小丁。 |
2. | 將醬爆醬汁準備好。 |
3. | 將雞丁用基本醃料醃10分鐘。 |
4. | 不沾鍋燒熱,加入雞丁用中火乾煎到兩面呈金黃色。 |
5. | 加入小黃瓜和醬爆醬汁與雞丁快炒30秒即可起鍋。 |
PREPARATION
1. | Wash the baby cucumbers and cut them into 1“ chunks. Cut the chicken into 1" by 1" chunks. |
2. | Prepare the Sweeten Soybean Sauce. |
3. | Marinate the chicken with the Dark Basic Marinade for 10 minutes. |
4. | Heat a pan. Add the chicken and pan fry the chicken without oil at medium heat until both sides of the chicken are golden brown. |
5. | Add the baby cucumber and Sweeten Soybean Sauce and stir-fry the chicken for another 30 seconds. Serve hot. |
