醬爆雞丁 Sautéed Chicken with Sweeten Soybean Sauce

材料 Ingredients
去骨去皮雞腿肉 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh3 片 ea
小黃瓜 Baby cucumber 2 條 ea
基本醃料(濃) Dark basic marinade 1 份 portion
醬爆醬汁 Sweeten Soybean Sauce 1 份 portion

做法
1.小黃瓜洗乾淨後切成2.5cm小塊。雞肉也成2.5cm x 2.5cm 小丁。
2.將醬爆醬汁準備好。
3.將雞丁用基本醃料醃10分鐘。
4.不沾鍋燒熱,加入雞丁用中火乾煎到兩面呈金黃色。
5.加入小黃瓜和醬爆醬汁與雞丁快炒30秒即可起鍋。



PREPARATION
1.Wash the baby cucumbers and cut them into 1“ chunks. Cut the chicken into 1" by 1" chunks.
2.Prepare the Sweeten Soybean Sauce.
3.Marinate the chicken with the Dark Basic Marinade for 10 minutes.
4.Heat a pan. Add the chicken and pan fry the chicken without oil at medium heat until both sides of the chicken are golden brown.
5.Add the baby cucumber and Sweeten Soybean Sauce and stir-fry the chicken for another 30 seconds. Serve hot.
