Instructions
1. | Boil the soy milk in a pot. |
2. | If using frozen You-tiao, fry it over 200°C/400°F in an air fryer. Or cover the You-tiao with a paper towel and microwave it for 10 seconds. Cut the You-tiao into small segments. |
3. | Rinse the dried shrimp and drain the water. Pan-fry the dried shrimps without oil over low heat until aromatic. |
4. | Place all the ingredients except for the soy milk in a bowl. Pour the boiling soy milk in the bowl. Wait for 2 minutes to let the soy milk curdle. |

2. | 如果使用冷凍油條,用氣炸鍋以200°C/400°F炸6分鐘。或放進微波爐蓋上紙巾微10秒。將油條切成小段。 |
3. | 蝦皮用水沖洗後濾掉水份,再放進乾鍋用小火炒香。 |
4. | 將所有材料(除了豆漿)放進碗裡,再把滾豆漿倒進碗裡。靜置2分鐘讓豆漿結塊。 |
