做法﹕
1. | 準備好荷蘭醬。 |
2. | 蘆筍洗乾淨後切去質地較老的底部。 |
3. | 燒滾一鍋水。放進蘆筍用中火煮2分鐘。撈出蘆筍濾乾。裝盤後淋上荷蘭醬即可。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Prepare the Hollandaise Sauce. |
2. | Rinse the asparagus and cut off the tough bottom end. |
3. | Boil a pot of water. Place in the asparagus and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Drain the asparagus and transfer them to a plate. Top with the Hollandaise sauce. |
