荷蘭醬蘆筍 Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce

材料A Ingredients
蘆筍 Asparagus 1 把 bundle
荷蘭醬 Hollandaise sauce 1/2 杯 cup
荷蘭醬蘆筍圖片


做法﹕
1.準備好荷蘭醬。
2.蘆筍洗乾淨後切去質地較老的底部。
3.燒滾一鍋水。放進蘆筍用中火煮2分鐘。撈出蘆筍濾乾。裝盤後淋上荷蘭醬即可。



PROCEDURE:
1.Prepare the Hollandaise Sauce.
2.Rinse the asparagus and cut off the tough bottom end.
3.Boil a pot of water. Place in the asparagus and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Drain the asparagus and transfer them to a plate. Top with the Hollandaise sauce.
