做法
1. | 準備 沙爹醃料 。將其中椰奶的份量從1/4杯改成1-1/2杯。 |
2. | 湯鍋燒熱後加入2大匙油和洋蔥用中火炒到透明。 |
3. | 加入馬鈴薯,胡蘿蔔和沙爹醃料煮滾。轉小火,加蓋煮20分鐘。 |
4. | 放進雞肉,略為攪拌後繼續煮5分鐘。最後拌入碗豆和九層塔再煮1分鐘即可。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Prepare the Satay Marinade . Change the coconut milk in the formula from 1/4 cup to 1-1/2 cup. |
2. | Add 2 Tbs. of oil and onion to a heated soup pot. Sauté until the onion is translucent. |
3. | Add the potato, carrot and Satay Marinade and bring the mixture to a boil. Turn the heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. |
4. | Stir in the chicken and continue to cooking for 5 minutes. Finally stir in the peas and Thai basil and cook for another minute. |
