Ingredients
Pacific saury2 each
Salt flavor marinade 1/2 portion
Grated daikon/ginger as desired

Instructions
1.Rinse the fish and pat dry with paper towels. Diagonally cut each fish in half.
2.Marinate the fish with the Salt Flavor Marinade for 10 minutes.
3.Spray some oil on a heated grill.
4.Place the fish in the pan and grill over medium-low heat for 3 minutes. Turn the fish over and grill for another 3 minutes or until the fish cooks through. Serve the fish with lemon juice,soy sauce and grated daikon/ginger.

做法
1.把魚沖洗乾淨後用紙巾擦乾。每條魚斜切成兩半。
2.將魚用日式鹽味醃料醃10分鐘。
3.烤盤燒到非常熱後噴上些許油。
4.將魚放進烤盤用中小烤3分鐘,翻面再烤3分鐘,或烤到熟透。食用時佐以檸檬汁,醬油和蘿蔔泥。
