日式蕎麥涼麵 Zaru Soba (Cold Buckwheat Noodles)

材料 Ingredients
蕎麥麵 Soba noodle 1 束 bundle
柴魚醬汁 Bonito Dressing 1/2 杯 cup
蘿蔔泥 Grated diakon 適量 Proper amount
蔥花 Minced scallion 適量 Proper amount
紫菜絲 Shredded Seaweed 適量 Proper amount
芥末 Wasabi 適量 Proper amount

做法
1.麵依照指示煮熟後用冷開水沖涼濾乾。如果你們的自來水不能生飲,請用煮過的冷開水沖洗。
2.將麵擺盤,上面撒些紫菜絲。將蔥花,蘿蔔泥和芥末放進柴魚醬油拌勻。將麵沾著醬汁一起食用。



PROCEDURE
1.Cook the noodles by following the instructions. Place the cooked noodles under running water until they are completely cold. Drain the noodles. If your tap water is not safe to drink, please use boiled cold water to rinse the noodles.
2.Plate the noodles and sprinkle with shredded seaweed. Mix the scallion, grated daikon and wasabi with the bonito soy sauce. Dip the noodles into the sauce while eating.
