1. | 法國麵包橫切開來抹上美乃滋。 |
2. | 底部那半依序疊長生菜葉,薄荷葉,小黃瓜,烤肉。淋些許魚露沾醬後再疊上些許酸甜蘿蔔和香菜。最後蓋上另一半麵包。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Cut the baguette lengthwise in half. Spread the bread with mayonnaise. |
2. | Sequentially lay the lettuce leaves, mint leaves, cucumber slices and pork on the bottom part of the bread. Spoon little fish dipping sauce over the pork then top with some daikon/carrot pickles and cilantro. Cover the filling with the top part of the bread. |
