Red (Adzuki) Beans Milk Popsicles

Ingredients
Half-and-Half1cup
Heavy cream1/2cup
Granulated sugar1Tbs
Corn starch1Tbs
Water1Tbs
Glazed Adzuki beans1cup

Instructions
1.Place the half-and-half, heavy cream and sugar in a small pot. Bring the mixture to a boil.
2.Mix 1 tbs. of corn starch with 1 tbs. of water. Add the mixture to the cream and stir over medium heat until the cream is thick.
3.Add the glazed Adzuki and stir gently until combined. Set the mixture aside to cool down.
4.Fill Popsicle molds with the cream/bean mixture then store in a freezer for at least 6 hours.
5.For unmolding, dip the molds into warm water for 30 seconds.

做法
1.對半奶油,鮮奶油和糖放進鍋裡煮滾。
2.玉米粉和水調勻後加入奶油裡用中火煮到濃稠。
3.加入蜜紅豆拌勻後熄火。放置一旁待涼
4.等完全冷卻後,將紅豆牛奶液加入冰棒模型中,然後放進冷凍庫冰至少6個小時。
5.食用時將冰棒模子泡在溫水30秒就可以輕易取出冰棒。
