Red (Adzuki) Beans Milk Popsicles

Instructions
1. | Place the half-and-half, heavy cream and sugar in a small pot. Bring the mixture to a boil. |
2. | Mix 1 tbs. of corn starch with 1 tbs. of water. Add the mixture to the cream and stir over medium heat until the cream is thick. |
3. | Add the glazed Adzuki and stir gently until combined. Set the mixture aside to cool down. |
4. | Fill Popsicle molds with the cream/bean mixture then store in a freezer for at least 6 hours. |
5. | For unmolding, dip the molds into warm water for 30 seconds. |

2. | 玉米粉和水調勻後加入奶油裡用中火煮到濃稠。 |
3. | 加入蜜紅豆拌勻後熄火。放置一旁待涼 |
4. | 等完全冷卻後,將紅豆牛奶液加入冰棒模型中,然後放進冷凍庫冰至少6個小時。 |
5. | 食用時將冰棒模子泡在溫水30秒就可以輕易取出冰棒。 |
