做法﹕
1. | 紅豆洗乾淨後濾乾。 |
2. | 電鍋外鍋放2/3杯水(等於一米量杯) 。 將紅豆和4杯水放進內鍋﹐加蓋煮到開關跳起來。不要掀開蓋子讓其燜40分鐘。 |
3. | 加入糖与紅豆拌勻,動作要輕盡量保持紅豆整顆形狀。 |
4. | 外鍋再放1/3杯水(等於1/2米量杯) 。按下開關繼續煮到開關跳起來。不要掀開蓋子再燜20分鐘即可。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Rinse the Adzuki beans and drain. |
2. | Place 2/3 cup of water (=1 rice cooker measurement cup) in a rice cooker. Add the red beans and 4 cups of water in the pot. Cover and cook until the switch is off. Let it sit for 40 minutes with lid on. |
3. | Gently mix the sugar with the Adzuki beans and try not to break the beans. |
4. | Place 1/3 cup of water (= ½ rice cooker measurement cup) in the rice cooker. Continue to cook until the switch is off again. Letit sit for another 20 minutes with lid on. |

1. | 將蜜紅豆和1/2杯水放進小鍋裡輕輕拌勻並用中火煮滾。 |
2. | 2大匙玉米粉与2大匙水拌勻後倒入紅豆湯裡煮到湯變為濃稠。 |
3. | 盛出放在一旁冷卻。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Place the glazed red beans and 1 cup of water in a small pot. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, gently stir. |
2. | Mix the corn starch with 1 tbs. of water and add to the pot. Cook until the sauce is thick, gently stir. |
3. | Set the red bean sauce aside to cool down. |
