做法﹕
1. | 依照煎魚排方法將鮭魚煎熟,可以不要調味。 |
2. | 將2大匙油,紅咖哩將和1/2杯的椰奶在燒熱的鍋子裡用中火炒香。隨即加入1杯椰奶,紅糖和魚露燒滾後熄火。 |
3. | 盤底淋上紅咖哩醬汁,上擺鮭魚,再以少許香菜點綴即可。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Refer to Pan-fried Fish Filet to cook the salmon, omit the seasoning. |
2. | Add 2 tbs. of oil, red curry and 1/2 cup of coconut milk in a heated pan. Stir until combined and aromatic. Add 1 cup of coconut milk, brown sugar and fish sauce then bring the mixture to a boil. Turn the heat off. |
3. | Ladle the sauce on a plate, top with the salmon and garnish with cilantro leaves. |
