壽喜燒醬汁 Sukiyaki Sauce

材料 Ingredients

醬油 Soy sauce	1/2	杯 cup
糖 Sugar	1/2	杯 cup
清酒 Sake wine	1/2	杯 cup
柴魚湯頭 Dashi (Bonito stock)	1/4	杯 cup

做法: ﹕將所有材料在小鍋裡煮滾及糖完全融化即可。柴魚湯頭可由味霖替代。

Instructions: Mix all the ingredients in a small pot. Bring the mixture to a boil then cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. The Bonito Stock can be substituted with Miri.
