Ingredients
Beef for shabu-shabu (thinly sliced) 1 lb (450g)
Firm tofu (cut into 16 pieces)1 pack
Onion (cut thin strips)1 medium
Shiitake mushroom (sliced) 1/4 lb (125g)
Carrot (cut matchsticks)1/4 lb (125g)
Scallion (diagonally sliced)2 stalk
Sukiyaki sauce1 portion
Cooking oil2 Tbs
Warm rice For 4 people
Egg yolk (optional) 4large
Roasted white sesame seeds as desired

Instructions
1.Prepare the Sukiyaki Sauce and other ingredients.
2.Add the beef and 1/4 of the Sukiyaki Sauce to a heated pan; sauté until 70% done. Set the beef aside.
3.Place 2 tbs. of oil and onion in the same pan; sauté until aromatic.
4.Add carrot, shiitake mushroom, tofu and the rest of the Sukiyaki Sauce; cover and cook for 5 minutes, stir occasionally. Remove the lid; add the beef and scallion; cook for one minute.
5.Place ¼ of the rice in a bowl; ladle some sauce over the rice; arrange the beef, tofu and mixed vegetables around the bowl; add an egg yolk and sprinkle with little roasted sesame seeds. (Warning: Consuming raw eggs have the risk of infection with Salmonella.)

火鍋用薄片牛肉1 磅 (450克)

做法
1.準備壽喜燒醬汁和其它材料。
2.鍋子燒熱後加入牛肉和1/4大壽喜燒醬汁炒到7分熟。盛出備用。
3.原鍋放入2大匙油和洋蔥用中火炒香。
4.加入胡蘿蔔,香菇,豆腐和剩餘的壽喜燒醬汁,加蓋煮5分鐘,偶爾攪拌一下。掀開蓋子,加入牛肉和青蔥再煮1分鐘。
5.將飯盛如碗裡,淋些壽喜燒醬汁,再擺上牛肉,豆腐和炒在一起的蔬菜,最後擺上蛋黃(警告:吃生蛋有感染沙門氏菌風險)和撒些白芝麻。
