做法
1. | 白米沖洗乾淨後濾乾。 |
2. | 將1-1/2杯米和12杯水放進鍋裡煮滾。撇掉浮在湯上的泡沫。轉小火,加蓋煮20分鐘,要偶爾攪動。 |
3. | 快到20分鐘時將地瓜削皮切塊, 然後放進鍋裡略為攪拌。加蓋繼續煮20分鐘,要偶爾攪動。 |
4. | 熄火,等10分鐘後再掀蓋裝碗。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Rinse the white rice and drain. |
2. | Place 1-1/2 cup of rice and 12 cups of water in a pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Skim off the foam at the surface of the water. Turn the heat to the low, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. |
3. | While 20 minutes are alomost up, peel the yam and cut it into chunks. Add the yam to the pot and mix. Cover and cook for another 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. |
4. | Turn off the heat. Let it sit with lid on for 10 minutes. Serve hot. |
