Instructions
1. | Prepare Part A from the Japanese Onion Egg Sauce. |
2. | Add the beef and 2 tbs. of Japanese Onion Egg Sauce to a heated non-stick pan. Sauté until the beef is 80% done. Drain the beef through a strainer. |
3. | Place the remaining Japanese Onion Egg Sauce, Japanese leek (white part) and onion in the same pan. Cook over medium heat until the onion is translucent. |
4. | Add the beef and Japanese leek (green part). Continue to cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat. |
5. | Place rice for one person in a bowl. Top the rice with 1/4 of the beef and serve with red pickled ginger. |

1. | 準備日式蔥蛋汁A部份。 |
2. | 牛肉放進燒熱的不沾鍋,加2大匙日式蔥蛋醬汁炒到8分熟。放進濾網裡濾去多餘的水份。 |
3. | 將剩餘的日式蔥蛋醬汁A料和洋蔥及京蔥(白色部份)放進鍋裡煮軟。 |
4. | 加入牛肉和京蔥(綠色部份)繼續煮2分鐘後熄火。 |
6. | 將1人份飯盛入一個大碗,再將1/4的牛肉料淋在飯上。食用時佐以醃紅薑。 |
