Instructions
1. | Place kanten powder, 2 tbs. of sugar and 2 cups of water in a saucepan; bring the mixture to a boil then simmer for 2 minutes - stir consistently. |
Pour the kanten mixture through a mesh strainer into a glass container. Use a toothpick to break any bubbles left on the surface. | |
Once the kanten mixture cools down, cover and store it in the fridge for at least one hour. | |
Cut the kanten jelly into small cubes. | |
2. | Cut the tofu dango dough into 15g pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Use your finger to make an indentation in the center of each ball so the cooking time of the dangos will be shorter and the dangos will be coated with more sauce. |
Boil 2/3 full pot of water. Add the dangos and cook over medium heat. Once the dangos float above the water, cook for couple minutes more. Stir occasionally to prevent from sticking to the bottom. | |
Shot the cooked dangos in cold water until they cool down completely. Plate the dangos and keep distance among each other. | |
3. | Place 1/2 cup of muscovado sugar and 1/4 cup of water in a saucepan; cook until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is boiling. Set it aside to cool down. |
4. | Arrange the kanten jelly, assorted fruit and dangos around a dessert bowl; add one scoop of green tea ice cream and some glazed adzuki beans; sprinkle with muscovado syrup. |

做法
1. | 將寒天粉,2大匙糖和2杯水放進小鍋裡煮滾後用小火煮2分鐘,要不斷攪動。 |
煮完後透過濾網倒入玻璃盤裡,若還是有泡泡就用牙籤戳破。 | |
待涼了以後蓋上蓋子,放進冰箱冷藏至少1個小時。 | |
將做好的寒天果凍切成小方塊。 | |
2. | 把豆腐白玉粉團切成15克小塊,每塊再搓成球型即為白玉團子。用手指在每球按出一個凹洞,這樣煮團子的時間縮短而且之後會裹覆較多醬汁。 |
燒開2/3小鍋水。放進團子用中火煮到浮起來後再繼續煮2分鐘,煮時要稍微攪拌一下以免團子黏鍋底。 | |
撈出煮好的團子,將其泡在冷水浸涼。然後裝盤,團子之間要有距離以免黏在一起。 | |
3. | 把1/2杯黑糖和1/4杯水在小鍋裡煮滾而且糖完全融化。放在一旁待涼。 |
4. | 將寒天果凍,綜合水果和白玉團子裝盤,再加入1球抹茶冰淇淋和適量的蜜紅豆。最後淋上黑糖糖漿。 |
