Instructions
1. | Place kanten powder, 4 tbs. of sugar and 2 cups of water in a saucepan; bring the mixture to a boil then simmer for 2 minutes - stir consistently. |
2. | Pour the kanten mixture through a mesh strainer into a measurement cup. Pour the mixture into each mold until 1cm high. Use a toothpick to break any bubbles left on the surface. |
3. | Once the kanten mixture in the molds start setting (do not wait until completely harden), add the mixed fruits in the molds and fill the molds with kanten mixture. |
4. | Store the molds in a fridge for at least 1 hour. To serve, run a small knife around the sides of a mold and invert the jelly onto a serving plate. |

做法
1. | 將寒天粉,4大匙糖和2杯水放進小鍋裡煮滾後用小火煮2分鐘,要不斷攪動。 |
2. | 煮完後透過濾網倒入量杯裡,再倒些許寒天水到每個模杯內,約1cm高。若是表面還是有泡泡就用牙籤戳破。 |
3. | 等杯內的寒天水剛開始凝固時(不要等到完全凝固),加入各式水果,再倒入糖水填滿模杯。 |
4. | 做好的果凍放進冰箱冷藏至少1個小時。食用時用小刀沿著模具邊劃一圈,再將果凍倒扣到盤子上。 |
