Ingredients
Kanten powder (agar powder)4 gram
Water2 cup
Granulated sugar4 Tbs
Strawberry (cut small slices)4 medium
Kiwi (peeled/cut small slices)2 medium
Sunkist orange (peeled/section between membranes/cut small pieces)1 large
Blueberry1/3 cup
Egg tart mold10 small

Instructions
1.Place kanten powder, 4 tbs. of sugar and 2 cups of water in a saucepan; bring the mixture to a boil then simmer for 2 minutes - stir consistently.
2.Pour the kanten mixture through a mesh strainer into a measurement cup. Pour the mixture into each mold until 1cm high. Use a toothpick to break any bubbles left on the surface.
3.Once the kanten mixture in the molds start setting (do not wait until completely harden), add the mixed fruits in the molds and fill the molds with kanten mixture.
4.Store the molds in a fridge for at least 1 hour. To serve, run a small knife around the sides of a mold and invert the jelly onto a serving plate.

做法
1.將寒天粉,4大匙糖和2杯水放進小鍋裡煮滾後用小火煮2分鐘,要不斷攪動。
2.煮完後透過濾網倒入量杯裡,再倒些許寒天水到每個模杯內,約1cm高。若是表面還是有泡泡就用牙籤戳破。
3.等杯內的寒天水剛開始凝固時(不要等到完全凝固),加入各式水果,再倒入糖水填滿模杯。
4.做好的果凍放進冰箱冷藏至少1個小時。食用時用小刀沿著模具邊劃一圈,再將果凍倒扣到盤子上。
