Ingredients
Sweeten soybean paste1/4 cup
Sesame paste (tahini)2 tsp
Mirin2 Tbs
Scallion (5cm/2" julienned)4 stalk
Persian cucumber (5cm/2" julienned)3 large
Braised Beef Shank (thinly sliced)1 whole
Doubled pancake8 sheet

Instructions
1.Mix sweeten soybean paste, mirin and sesame paste in a small bowl.
2.Spread one pancake with the sauce made at step 1; arrange sliced beef at 1/3 of the pancake from the side closest to you; top with scallion and cucumber. Roll the pancake into a long log and cut it into 3 pieces to serve.

青蔥 (切5cm/2"細絲)4
小黃瓜 (切5cm/2"細絲)3 根(大)
滷牛腱 (切薄片)1

做法
1.將甜麵醬,味霖與芝麻醬在小碗裡調勻。
2.取一張餅塗滿甜麵芝麻醬,靠近身體1/3處擺上牛肉再鋪上蔥絲和黃瓜絲。將餅捲成長條後切成3塊食用。
