Instructions
1. | Place kanten powder and 1-1/2 cups of water in a saucepan; bring the mixture to a boil then simmer for 2 minutes - stir consistently. With the heat on, add adzuki bean paste and mix well. Taste and add brown sugar as desired. |
2. | Pour the kanten mixture through a mesh strainer into the square container. Use a toothpick to break any bubbles left on the surface. |
3. | Cover and store the container in a fridge for at least 1 hour. Run a small knife around the sides of a mold and invert the yokan onto a chopping board. Cut the yokan into small pieces to serve. |

做法
1. | 將寒天粉和1-1/2杯水放進小鍋裡煮滾後用小火煮2分鐘,要不斷攪動。不要熄火再加入紅豆沙攪拌均勻,請在此時根據你喜好的甜度加入紅糖。 |
2. | 煮完後透過濾網倒入方盒裡,若是表面還是有泡泡就用牙籤戳破。 |
4. | 做好的羊羹加蓋進冰箱冷藏至少1個小時。食用時用小刀沿著模具邊劃一圈,再將羊羹倒扣出來。切成小塊裝盤。 |
