Meat Filling with Chicken Broth Jelly

Ingredients
Scallion (cut small segments)2 stalk
Ginger (cut small slices)3 large slice
Water1/4 cup
Ground pork1 lb (450g)
Ground meat marinade (dark) 1 portion
Chicken broth jelly1 portion

Instructions
1.Blend the scallion, ginger and 1/4 cup of water with a food processor. Drain and reserve the water.
2.Place the ground pork, ground pork marinade and scallion/ginger water in a big bowl. Use several chopsticks to stir the mixture vigorously until all the liquid is absorbed. You can also use a mixer with flat beater to mix the ground pork over high speed.
3.Cut the chicken broth jelly into tiny pieces. Mix the jelly with the ground pork.
4.Store the meat filling in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

做法
1.將蔥,薑和1/4杯水放進食物調理機打碎,再經由濾網濾出水,這就是蔥薑水。
2.把絞肉,絞肉醃料和蔥薑水放在大盆中,用多雙筷子用力攪拌到所有液體都被吸收。也可以放在攪拌機中,用漿狀腳高速攪拌。
3.將雞湯凍切成細丁後與絞肉拌勻。
4.做好的餡料放進冰箱冷藏至少2個小時。
