Meat Filling with Chicken Broth Jelly

Instructions
1. | Blend the scallion, ginger and 1/4 cup of water with a food processor. Drain and reserve the water. |
2. | Place the ground pork, ground pork marinade and scallion/ginger water in a big bowl. Use several chopsticks to stir the mixture vigorously until all the liquid is absorbed. You can also use a mixer with flat beater to mix the ground pork over high speed. |
3. | Cut the chicken broth jelly into tiny pieces. Mix the jelly with the ground pork. |
4. | Store the meat filling in the fridge for at least 2 hours. |

1. | 將蔥,薑和1/4杯水放進食物調理機打碎,再經由濾網濾出水,這就是蔥薑水。 |
2. | 把絞肉,絞肉醃料和蔥薑水放在大盆中,用多雙筷子用力攪拌到所有液體都被吸收。也可以放在攪拌機中,用漿狀腳高速攪拌。 |
3. | 將雞湯凍切成細丁後與絞肉拌勻。 |
4. | 做好的餡料放進冰箱冷藏至少2個小時。 |
