Sautéed Ong-choy with Fermented Tofu

Instructions
1. | Mix the fermented tofu with 2 tbs. of water in a small bowl. |
2. | Place 2 tbs. of oil and garlic in a heated wok; sauté until aromatic. |
3. | Add Ong-choy and fermented tofu water; stir over high heat until the leaves are done and still green, approx. 40 seconds. |
