Sautéed Ong-choy with Fermented Tofu

Ingredients
Ong-choy (cut 4cm/1.5" segment)2/3 lb (300g)
Fermented tofu2 small cube
Water2 Tbs
Garlic (minced)2 clove
Cooking oil2 tsp

Instructions
1.Mix the fermented tofu with 2 tbs. of water in a small bowl.
2.Place 2 tbs. of oil and garlic in a heated wok; sauté until aromatic.
3.Add Ong-choy and fermented tofu water; stir over high heat until the leaves are done and still green, approx. 40 seconds.

做法

3.加入空心菜和豆腐乳用大火拌炒到空心菜脫生即可起鍋,約40秒。
