Sautéed Shrimp in Light Sauce

Instructions
1. | Rinse the shrimp and make sure that all the mucus on the body is gone. Thoroughly dry the shrimp with paper towels. |
2. | Prepare the Light Sauté Sauce. |
3. | Marinate the shrimps with the Basic Marinade (Light) in a refrigerator for 15 minutes. |
4. | Place 2 tbs. of oil, ginger and scallion (white part) in a heated non-stick pan; sauté until aromatic. |
5. | Add shrimps and sauté in medium-high heat until the shrimps start to turn pink. |
6. | Stir in the Light Sauté Sauce and sauté until the sauce is thick. Be careful not to overcook the shrimps. |
7. | Mix in the scallion (green part) and serve hot. |

做法
1. | 將蝦用水沖洗﹐確定所有的黏液都沖洗掉。用紙巾將蝦擦得非常乾這樣炒的蝦才會脆。 |
2. | 準備清炒醬汁。 |
3. | 把蝦用基本醃料(淡)在冰箱內醃15分鐘﹐讓水份收乾。 |
4. | 不沾鍋燒熱後加入2大匙油,薑片和蔥白爆香。 |
5. | 加入蝦仁用中大火炒到蝦仁開始變白。 |
6. | 加入清炒醬汁與蝦仁拌炒到醬汁收乾。要小心不要炒過頭以免蝦過老。 |
7. | 起鍋前拌入蔥綠即可裝盤。 |
