Sautéed Shrimp in Light Sauce

Ingredients
Shrimp (shelled/deveined)1 lb (450g)
Basic marinade (light) 1 portion
Ginger (sliced)6 small slice
Scallion (diced/separate white from green)1 stalk
Cooking oil2 Tbs
Light sauté sauce 1 portion

Instructions
1.Rinse the shrimp and make sure that all the mucus on the body is gone. Thoroughly dry the shrimp with paper towels.
2.Prepare the Light Sauté Sauce.
3.Marinate the shrimps with the Basic Marinade (Light) in a refrigerator for 15 minutes.
4.Place 2 tbs. of oil, ginger and scallion (white part) in a heated non-stick pan; sauté until aromatic.
5.Add shrimps and sauté in medium-high heat until the shrimps start to turn pink.
6.Stir in the Light Sauté Sauce and sauté until the sauce is thick. Be careful not to overcook the shrimps.
7.Mix in the scallion (green part) and serve hot.



清炒蝦仁

蝦仁 (抽泥腸)1 磅 (450克)
基本醃料(淡) 1
薑 (切片)6 小片
青蔥 (切綠/白綠分開)1
食用油2 大匙
清炒醬汁 1

做法
1.將蝦用水沖洗﹐確定所有的黏液都沖洗掉。用紙巾將蝦擦得非常乾這樣炒的蝦才會脆。
2.準備清炒醬汁
3.把蝦用基本醃料(淡)在冰箱內醃15分鐘﹐讓水份收乾。
4.不沾鍋燒熱後加入2大匙油,薑片和蔥白爆香。
5.加入蝦仁用中大火炒到蝦仁開始變白。
6.加入清炒醬汁與蝦仁拌炒到醬汁收乾。要小心不要炒過頭以免蝦過老。
7.起鍋前拌入蔥綠即可裝盤。
