Shredded Kelp Salad

Ingredients
Kelp strips (pre-soaked)2/3 lb (300g)
Daikon radish (finely julienned)2 oz (57g)
Garlic (crushed) 3 clove
Red chili pepper (sliced) 1 each
Basic dressing (dark)1 portion

Instructions
1.Wash the salt off the kombu strips.
2.Boil a 2/3 full pot of water. Add the kelp strips and cook for 5 minutes. Rinse the kelp strips under running cold water then drain the water. Cut them into 10cm/4" segments. If your tap water is not safe to drink, use boiled water to rinse the kelp strips.
3.Prepare the Basic dressing (dark).
4.Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and place the mixture in an air-tight container. Store the salad in the fridge for at least 6 hours.

做法
1.海帶絲用水沖洗掉多餘的鹽份。
2.燒滾2/3鍋的水。放入海帶絲煮5分鐘。撈出海帶用冷水沖涼後瀝乾,並剪成10cm/4"小段。如果你的自來水不能生飲,請用冷開水沖。
3.準備基本涼拌醬汁(濃)
4.將所有材料放進一個大盆裡拌勻後裝入保鮮盒進冰箱冷藏至少6個小時。
