做法
1. | 雞胸肉撕成粗絲後和烤肉醬在小鍋裡拌勻再用中小火煮到熱透。放在一邊待涼。(註:我用的是Costco 買的烤雞。) |
2. | 沙拉加醬拌勻。(註:我用的是Costco賣的Sweet Kale Salad Kit 。) |
3. | 每個餐包橫切成兩半。將適量沙拉放在下半部的麵包上,然後堆上適量雞肉絲,再蓋上另一半麵包。最後插上長竹籤固定。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Shred the cooked chicken breast. Add the chicken and BBQ sauce into a small pot and mix well. Heat the chicken over medium low heat until completely heated through. Set it aside to cool down. (Note: I used Costco rotisserie chicken.) |
2. | Mix the salad vegetables with the dressing. (Note: I used Costco Sweet Kale Salad Kit.) |
3. | Cut each roll horizontally in half. Place proper amount of the salad on the bottom of a bun, top with some shredded chicken then cover with the top bun. Insert a long toothpick or skewer to hold the slider together. |
