(Spinach & Tofu Salad)

Ingredients
Carrot (cut into matchsticks)1/5 lb (90g)
Spinach (trim off the base of stems)1/2 lb (225g)
Firm tofu1 pack
Sesame dressing 2 portion

Instructions
1.Prepare the Sesame Dressing.
2.Boil a 2/3 full pot of water. Fill a big bowl with cold water.
3.Blanch the carrot in the boiling water for 2 minutes. Use a mesh strainer to take out the carrot and set it aside.
4.Blanch the spinaches in the boiling water for 1 minute then transfer them into the cold water. Once the spinaches cool down, squeeze them dry and cut them into 2.5cm/1" segments.
5.Place tofu in a cheese cloth sachet and squeeze out water from the tofu.
6.place the carrot, spinaches, crushed tofu and Sesame Dressing in a mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are wells combined.



白和菠菜沙拉

材料
胡蘿蔔(切火柴棒)1/5 磅 (90克)
菠菜(頭切掉)1/2 磅 (225克)
老豆腐1
芝麻拌醬 2
白和菠菜沙拉圖片

做法
1.準備芝麻拌醬
2.燒開2/3鍋水,另外準備一大盆冷水。
3.胡蘿蔔放進滾水裡燙2分鐘。用濾網撈出放在一旁備用。
4.菠菜放進滾水內燙1分鐘後馬上撈出放入冷水內,等菜涼透後用手擠乾。將菠菜切成2.5cm/1"小段。
5.豆腐放進紗布袋內擠乾水份。
6.把胡蘿蔔,菠菜,豆腐和芝麻拌醬在大盆裡拌勻即可。
