Kaisou Salad (Assorted Seaweed Salad)

Ingredients
Dried seaweed mix20 gram (0.7oz)
Scallion (thinly sliced)2 stalk
Roasted white sesame seed1/2 Tbs
Chili pepper flake (optional)1/2 tsp
Ginger vinegar dressing1 portion

Instructions
1.Prepare the Ginger Vinegar Dressing.
2.Soak the dried seaweed mix in water for 10 minutes. Rinse the rehydrated seaweed in a strainer. If your tap water is not safe to drink, use boiled water to soak and rinse. Gently squeeze the seaweed dry.
3.Place the seaweed, scallion, sesame seeds and chili pepper flake in a bowl. Add proper amount of Ginger Vinegar Dressing and mix.

乾綜合海藻20 克 (0.7盎司)
青蔥 (切蔥花)2
熟白芝麻1/2 大匙
碎紅辣椒 (可免)1/2 小匙
薑醋拌汁 1
海藻沙拉圖片

做法
1.準備薑醋拌汁
2.乾海藻浸泡在水裡10分鐘後再放在濾網裡用水沖洗幾次。如果你的自來水不能生飲,請用白開水。將海藻擠乾後放進碗裡。
3.加入蔥,白芝麻和碎紅辣椒,淋上適量薑醋拌汁拌勻即可。
