做法
1. | 煮滾半鍋水後加入粉圓,略為攪拌以免粉圓沾粘鍋底。 |
2. | 轉中小火。如果粉圓是新鮮剛做好,煮約5分鐘即可。如果粉圓是已經乾透了或是市售的則煮40分鐘,熄火後加蓋再燜1個小時。 |
3. | 撈出粉圓浸泡在冷水(室溫)裡30秒以去掉黏液。 |
4. | 粉圓濾乾水份裝在玻璃杯裡,再與黑糖拌勻即可 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Boil half pot of water. Add the tapioca pearls and stir briefly to prevent the pearls from sticking to the bottom. |
2. | Turn the heat to medium low. If the pearls are freshly made, cook approx. 5 minutes. If they are dry out or store-bought, cook for 40 minutes then turn the heat off, cover and let it sit for 1 hour. |
3. | Transfer the pearls to room temperature water. Wait for 30 seconds then drain the water. |
4. | Place the pearls in a cocktail glass. Mix the pearls with muscovado sugar. |
青蛙撞奶 Black Tapioca Pearls with Milk

做法: 適量黑糖粉圓放進玻璃杯內,再注滿牛奶即可。
Method: Place black tapioca pearls in a glass then fill the glass with milk.
珍珠奶茶 Boba Milk Tea

1. | 紅茶茶包放進滾水裡5分鐘後丟棄茶包。 |
2. | 玻璃杯裡先放黑糖粉圓後加入紅茶,再加入煉奶攪拌均勻。如果要冰飲則最後加入冰塊。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Place the tea bag in the boiling water and let it steel for 5 minutes |
2. | Place the black tapioca pearls in a tall glass then add the black tea and condensed milk. Stir until combined. Add ice cubes as desired. |
