黑糖粉圓 Black Tapioca Pearls

材料 Ingredients
粉圓 Tapioca Pearls適量proper amount
黑糖 Muscovado sugar適量proper amount

做法
1.煮滾半鍋水後加入粉圓,略為攪拌以免粉圓沾粘鍋底。
2.轉中小火。如果粉圓是新鮮剛做好,煮約5分鐘即可。如果粉圓是已經乾透了或是市售的則煮40分鐘,熄火後加蓋再燜1個小時。
3.撈出粉圓浸泡在冷水(室溫)裡30秒以去掉黏液。
4.粉圓濾乾水份裝在玻璃杯裡,再與黑糖拌勻即可



PROCEDURE
1.Boil half pot of water. Add the tapioca pearls and stir briefly to prevent the pearls from sticking to the bottom.
2.Turn the heat to medium low. If the pearls are freshly made, cook approx. 5 minutes. If they are dry out or store-bought, cook for 40 minutes then turn the heat off, cover and let it sit for 1 hour.
3.Transfer the pearls to room temperature water. Wait for 30 seconds then drain the water.
4.Place the pearls in a cocktail glass. Mix the pearls with muscovado sugar.




青蛙撞奶 Black Tapioca Pearls with Milk

材料 Ingredients
黑糖粉圓 Black Tapioca Pearls1/3杯 cup
牛奶 Milk適量proper amount
青蛙撞奶圖片


做法: 適量黑糖粉圓放進玻璃杯內,再注滿牛奶即可。
Method: Place black tapioca pearls in a glass then fill the glass with milk.






珍珠奶茶 Boba Milk Tea

材料 Ingredients
黑糖粉圓 Black Tapioca Pearls1/3杯 cup
紅茶茶包 Black tea bag1包 bag
滾水 Boiling water1杯 cup
煉奶 Sweeten Condensed Milk1/4杯 cup

做法
1.紅茶茶包放進滾水裡5分鐘後丟棄茶包。
2.玻璃杯裡先放黑糖粉圓後加入紅茶,再加入煉奶攪拌均勻。如果要冰飲則最後加入冰塊。



PROCEDURE
1.Place the tea bag in the boiling water and let it steel for 5 minutes
2.Place the black tapioca pearls in a tall glass then add the black tea and condensed milk. Stir until combined. Add ice cubes as desired.
