Home Style Stir-Fried Squid with Celery

Ingredients
Squid2/3 lb (300g)
Basic marinade (light)1 portion
Chinese celery (cut into 5cm/2" segments)1/3 lb (150g)
Cooking oil1 Tbs
Home style stir-fry sauce 1 portion

Instructions
1.Refer to Handle Squid to clean the squid. Cut chess pattern on the surface of the squid then cut it into 5cm x 3 cm (2"x1") pieces. Marinate the squid with theBasic Marinade (Light) for 10 minutes.
2.Prepare the Home Style Stir-Fry Sauce.
3.Boil a small pot of water. Turn the heat to low and poach the squid pieces in the water until they start curling up. Drain the water and set the squid aside.
4.Place part A from the Home Style Stir-Fry Sauce in a heated pan; sauté until aromatic. Add celery and stir for several times.
5.Add part B from the Home Style Stir-Fry Sauce and squid; quickly stir until the squid and sauce are well mixed. Serve immediately.

做法
1.參考花枝處理將花枝清理乾淨後切格子紋再切成 5cm x 3 cm 大小。用基本醃料(濃)醃10分鐘。
2.準備家常醬汁
3.小鍋水燒滾。轉小火,放進花枝煮到開始捲縮後即刻撈出濾乾水份。
4.炒鍋燒熱,放進家常醬汁A料爆炒至有香味。加入芹菜略炒。
5.加入花枝和家常醬汁B料後快速翻炒至花枝和醬汁充分混合。趁熱食用。
